Concrete and shotcrete coordination

Coordination means managing the agreed interfaces, programme and handover. It does not imply CPC engineers, certifies or necessarily self-performs the concrete application.

Coordination may cover

• Confirmation of the agreed structural-stage sequence
• Coordination with the appointed concrete or shotcrete contractor
• Practical readiness checks against the issued scope
• Stage handover after the agreed work is complete

The written quote identifies who supplies and applies the concrete, who provides engineering and inspections, and what remains the builder’s or client’s responsibility.
