Process
Plans to handover.
A clear working sequence from plans to the quoted handover point. The selected stages and exact endpoint depend on the written scope.
- 01
Send the project information
Provide the plans, required stages, project location, access notes and requested programme window.
- 02
Mirzi reviews and routes it
Mirzi checks that the enquiry has enough information and routes it as standard trade work or a qualified direct client seeking structural project management.
- 03
Confirm the pricing path
Standard do-and-charge trade work can be confirmed from the approved pricing basis. Complex trade work and qualified direct projects are priced by Jarrad.
- 04
Confirm scope and programme
The written confirmation identifies the included stages, information still required and the current available programme window. Requested dates are not accepted dates until confirmed.
- 05
Deliver the agreed stages
CPC completes the agreed trade stages or provides structural project management across the stages identified for a qualified direct project. Responsibilities for subcontracted or by-others work remain explicit.
- 06
Handover
The completed stage is handed back so the builder or next trade can continue from a clear scope boundary.
On site through the structural stages
Screened site photography from CPC's own record, showing formwork, reinforcement and pre-pour set-up. Captions describe only what is visible in the frame.

After the pour
The same structure once concrete has been placed. This is a structural stage, not a finished pool: interior finish, waterline, coping, surrounds and equipment sit with the builder and the trades that follow.
