CPC exists to take selected structural stages of a concrete pool off a builder's plate, under a defined written scope.
Structural pool stages for builders, with structural project management and managed scope available for qualified direct projects. Our scope begins when plans and engineering are issued, and it is confirmed in writing before work starts.
The core trade stages are formwork and strip-out, steel fixing and optional in-shell structural plumbing. Excavation and set-out and concrete or shotcrete shell coordination are offered as managed scope within qualified direct projects, with the responsible contractor identified in the written quote.
For qualified direct projects, CPC can provide structural project management across a broader scope, with the responsibilities of CPC, subcontractors and other appointed parties identified in writing.
We do not carry retail pool sales, landscaping, interiors, coping or filtration commissioning. Where those trades intersect with our stages, we coordinate positions and note them in writing.
Where documentation is incomplete or a detail is not buildable as drawn, we raise it before the stage starts. That is the whole basis of the working relationship.
